In line with safety policy, the Company ensures all employees have a safe and healthy work environment with adequate welfare facilities. Employees adhere strictly to safety guild lines, reporting near misses and preventing accidents. We retain the services of good clinics, to cater to our employees and also ensure that adequate medical services are provided to cover all our operations. We encourage employees to participate in voluntary first aid training and other training programmes.
